- You are a member of the family unit of a New Zealand citizen who holds or will hold a Special Category visa
- You are not a New Zealand citizen yourself

What this visa lets you do
- Live, work and study in Australia for five years
- Travel in and out of Australia while the visa is valid
- Apply for another 461 visa if you still meet the criteria
